"Dennis D Anderton" (erhu, oscillator)
2008's Spirit Numbers is stripped down to its essential feeling and practice. Anderton reveals the skeleton of his compositional technique in songs about peace, faith, dance and doubt. Tuesday, May 26th 10:00 pm The Stone Avenue C and 2nd Street Manhattan, New York City $10 New Spring Music!
Toby Aronson
Sara-Paule Koeller Tucker Andrews Three musicians will present three separate sets of music. Koeller, Aronson and Andrews work is grounded in a focus on the sounding device and its relationship with the player. This materialist approach gives their work a trance-like intensity that can distort spacial and temporal perception. Featured instruments include cymbals, hulusi, erhu, drum, and flute. Saturday, April 11th 7:30 pm Richmond Free Library $5 Suggested Donation Tucker @ Radio Bean tomorrow
Tucker Andrews is playing live at Radio Bean tomorrow night (Saturday 3/7) around 10 or 11ish with many local friends. Go check him out!
